Honoring Your Grief, Healing Your Heart With Art
In this workshop, you'll have the opportunity to explore grief in a transformative way through imagination and creative expression.
In this workshop, you will:
-Identify and work with a specific aspect of your personal greiff
-Dive deeper into the emotion of grief, exploring it from new angles
-Have the space for self reflection
-If desired, share in a group setting and/or receive guidance to help find meaning in your images.
We will engage your body to answer questions, allowing the body to process with visualization and images first, then allowing the mind to process with words second.
You'll take home a beautiful representation of your emotions
No artistry required; art facilitates emotional expression.
All materials provided.
Come together to share space in community, as shared sorrow is half the sorrow.

Mary Lange has been a licensed massage therapist in the state of Ohio for 17 years and owned her own massage business for 12 years. In 2023, she received her certification as a Therapeutic Art Facilitator through Thirsty for Art LLC and launched ArtWithHeart2Heal.com in 2024.
An artist from an early age, Mary began her creative journey at a performing arts high school, and her favorite mediums include meditative art forms such as Zentangle, neuropathic art, painting, and collaging. Her passion for becoming an art facilitator stems from her deep desire to guide others toward the intuition in their hearts, just as others have done for her.
Mary is also the proud mom of two exceptional children, whom she loves dearly. In her free time, she enjoys stand-up paddleboarding, surrounding herself with like-minded individuals who embrace growth. Mary firmly believes in the power of combining the mind-body connection with art as a tangible way to heal emotional wounds.
