The Adventures of Robin Hood
A FEW MERRY MEN
The Victoria Theatre Welcomes "The Adventures of Robin Hood"
by Makenna Baker, Age 12
Steal from the rich and give to the poor. A great idea, these days especially. We are losing our middle class and the line between those who have and those who have not is getting wider. But enough about economics.
Back in his day, Robin Hood hired a crew of Merry Men to help him conduct his honorable work. But what if he had to rely on only two?! Would they have been so successful? Would as many have benefitted from their schemes?
The Victoria Theater Association wants to know!
On Saturday, the Victoria welcomes The Adventures of Robin Hood. In this PNC Family Series show, two men act out the entire story of Robin Hood! With lot's of funny moments and the epic tale of Robin Hood it is a great show that will have you laughing the whole way through.
In fact, one of my favorite shows I've ever seen at the Victoria Theatre was Potted Potter. A similar concept, Potted Potter was two men acting out the entire series of the Harry Potter books - ALL SEVEN! There were lots of jokes and some times they interacted with the audience and let you come onstage. My friend and I still talk about how funny the show was and how much we liked it.
If The Adventures of Robin Hood is anything like Potted Potter I think you and your entire family will surely enjoy the outstanding hilarity!
