Oregon District Restaurant Offers New Seasonal Lunch Menu
Lily's Bistro has expanded their hours to include lunch Monday-Friday from 11am-3pm. Executive Chef Mariah Gahagan says, "we just began our new summer dinner menu, and it translates well into a simple, elegant lunch menu that offers healthier options."
General Manager Emily Mendenhall says that Lily's is a great option for residents of the Oregon district and Dayton, as well as those who work in the district and downtown. "Our lunch menu is conscious of the time constraints faced by many working people. We also have great indoor and outdoor space to host business meetings and luncheons."
Highlights include vegetarian-friendly chilaquiles (layers of corn tortillas, cheese, vegetables, and smoky tomato sauce, served with sides of refried black beans and scrambled eggs), an olive oil-poached tuna niçoise salad, and a pineapple-chipotle barbeque chicken sandwich made with free-range, local chicken.
Lily's Bistro is an eclectic American restaurant offering a seasonally-focused menu served in a casual-upscale atmosphere. They are located at 329 E. Fifth Street in Dayton's Oregon District.
