Welcome Toxic Brew Company!
Dayton is home to plenty of microbrew fans and now that Toxic Brew Company is up and running it's even easier to access locally made beer. Toxic Brew Company has been in the works for some time now, but after a total remodel of their building (previously unoccupied in the Oregon District) they are ready to serve their creative brews to Dayton.
I stopped in on a Saturday night and tried their Vanilla Pale while my husband tried their Beta Brown. Both were absolutely wonderful and I loved that they came in various sizes from a 2 ounce taste all the way to a full 16 ounce glass. Seating is limited but luckily it's the perfect season to take your brew to the patio and enjoy the breeze.
One unique feature of Toxic is that they have a window into the brewery so you can see where the beer is made. The place looks amazing now that the façade of the building can shine through. I wasn't expecting it to be so light and comfortable inside based on the old, abandoned building it once was but I was blown away with the transformation.
Toxic is another Dayton establishment that was highly anticipated and now that it's open totally delivers on its promise to provide great beer made right here in Dayton.
