Table 33 Finds New Home in Historic Arcade

Table 33, a downtown restaurant known for its innovative takes on New American fare, has found a new home in the Dayton Arcade.

Table33 Brings Fresh New American Flavors To Historic Dayton Arcade

The doors have opened at Table 33, the newest culinary destination at the Dayton Arcade, a historic mixed-use development in downtown Dayton. With a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and innovative takes on New American cuisine, Table 33 promises to deliver an unforgettable dining experience that blends modern creativity with the rich character of its historic surroundings. While Table 33's Arcade complex location is new, the restaurant successfully operated in downtown Dayton on Second Street for the last 8 years.

Nestled in the Commercial Building in the beautifully restored Arcade complex, the restaurant’s design pays homage to its roots while offering a contemporary and inviting ambiance. Guests can expect a menu crafted by Executive Chef Keith Taylor, former Executive Sous Chef at L’Auberge and former Food and Beverage Director for Wright State’s Nutter Center. The menu will feature bold, seasonal dishes that celebrate the diversity of American culinary traditions with an inventive twist.

“The revitalization of Dayton is a dream of mine that precedes the life of Table 33; it actually even precedes my own life,” said Charlie Carroll, owner of Table 33. “The desire originated with my grandparents and was passed down to me at an early age. Having the opportunity to contribute to Dayton’s revitalization through Table 33 carries the hope of generations, and our move to the Dayton Arcade—the epicenter of our city—feels like a pinnacle moment. I am honored to be here—in this moment, with this team, carrying on this dream in Dayton."

Table 33 will offer a wide range of menu options, including elevated takes on comfort food classics like braised short rib eggs benedict, savory dishes such as A5 Japanese wagyu New York strip, and an array of creative creations like maple glazed duck breast. A curated cocktail program and thoughtfully selected, robust wine list will complement the menu, enhancing every dining experience.

In addition to its main dining room, Table 33 features a bodega-style marketplace, casual bar area, and spacious outdoor and Rotunda patios, perfect for enjoying meals while taking in the bustling energy of the Dayton Arcade. Private dining options are also available for special occasions.

While Table 33 has been open to the public since mid-November, an official ribbon cutting will take place on Friday, December 13 at 9:00 AM. Hours of operation are currently Wednesday through Sunday from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM and closed on Tuesdays. Dinner service will be added in late December 2024.
