The Mall at Fairfield Commons presents an all-new, safe way to dine with your inner circle, perfect for a one-of-a-kind winter experience. Opening on Feb. 8, Fireside will feature four heated igloo-style pods for outdoor dining, brought to guests in partnership with the local restaurant, Basil’s on Market.
Fireside is located directly outside of Basil’s on Market, near the Main Entrance of The Mall at Fairfield Commons. Each heated ‘igloo’ is styled with comfortable seating, rustic décor and ambient lighting to provide the ultimate winter outdoor dining experience. The igloos can seat a private party of 2 to 6 guests. Outside of the igloos, guests can keep warm around the Fireside firepits and central seating area.

Basil’s on Market is an upscale casual bistro with affordable American fare. The local restaurant, located outside of the Main Entrance, offers inspired comfort food to suit every taste, from sandwiches and salads to steaks and salmon.
The Fireside igloos will be available by reservation Monday – Thursday, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Basil’s on Market will offer their full food and drink menu to guests dining inside the Fireside igloos. Guests are encouraged to make reservations by calling Basil’s on Market at (937) 702-3160.
