Reach out to friends, family, and neighbors. Send greeting cards and letters (don't forget the stamp). Call via phone or video apps like Zoom, Google Hangouts, Facetime, Facebook, and others. Your loved ones miss your face and voice - and text messages won't cut it! Plan a meal or happy hour together. You'll create fun memories to laugh about when you can get together again.
Step outside and take a walk or bike ride. I've seen more people and families touring my neighborhood in the past couple weeks than I normally see in six months.
Many communities and neighborhoods are asking residents to place stuffed animals or artwork in the windows of homes. I enjoy finding chalk art. Create your own scavenger hunt and see how many items from your list you can find.
