Live Music for Kids and Teens at the Dayton Metro Library

“Libraries Rock” is more than just the slogan for the Dayton Metro Library’s Summer Challenge reading program – it also describes the Main Library during a series of free, live concerts for kids and teens this summer.

“The Summer Challenge theme lends itself to some great music-themed programming, from building musical instruments to the science of sound,” said Julie Buchanan, Programming Manager. “We’re especially excited about hosting these live musical performances that encourage audience participation and interaction.”

While the performances are geared toward specific audiences, all ages are welcome. The concerts are free and take place at the Main Library, 215 E. Third Street, Dayton.
