Destination Dayton is excited to announce the release of its 2025 Destination Dayton Visitors Guide, a FREE, comprehensive resource designed to help travelers Discover the Unexpected in Dayton, Ohio. The 40-page Visitors Guide contains all the information needed to plan a trip to, or staycation in, the Birthplace of Aviation.

The 2025 Visitors Guide offers an in-depth look at Dayton's rich heritage, vibrant arts scene, numerous attractions and abundant outdoor recreational activities, as well as its diverse culinary offerings. Highlights include detailed information on the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force™, the world's largest military aviation museum, featuring 19 indoor acres and over 360 aerospace vehicles, and the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park, which celebrates the legacy of the Wright Brothers, as well as noted African American poet Paul Laurence Dunbar, at several locations throughout Dayton. Additionally, the guide features itineraries for art enthusiasts, showcasing venues like the Dayton Art Institute and Schuster Performing Arts Center, as well as outdoor adventurers, highlighting the nation's largest network of paved trails spanning over 350 miles.
Destination Dayton encourages both out-of-town visitors and longtime residents to utilize the new guide in planning their “Daycations (Dayton Vacations)” and exploring upcoming events. The guide includes a calendar of select events for 2025, featuring highlights such as the NCAA® First Four® basketball tournament at the University of Dayton Arena (March 18–19), CenterPoint Energy Dayton Air Show, presented by Kroger (June 21–22), showcasing the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, world-class aerobatic champions and military jet demonstrations, and the Wagner Subaru Outdoor Experience (October 4–5), the Midwest’s premier outdoor adventure festival.

Print copies may also be obtained by calling Destination Dayton, at 800-221-8235, in person at the Destination Dayton offices during regular business hours, and at hotels and attractions throughout Montgomery County. Additionally, the free Destination Dayton mobile app has been redesigned and enhanced, offering on-the-go information, including mapping, for area attractions, restaurants, hotels, arts, shopping, sports, and more.
