Nucleus Co-Share - a Collaborative Workplace for Everyone

Nucleus Office Space, Dayton OhioLocated in the heart of the Oregon District, a region of Dayton most people associate with fun and frivolity, sits the recently launched Nucleus Co-Share, a collaborative workspace for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and anyone who wants to do their work-from-home gig around other people for a change - and they want to work with you.

What is a Co-Share?  It's a place where people who want to work in the company of other people, to engage in collaborative discussions, and hopefully come away with some fresh perspective on their work.  Nucleus attracts small business owners, entrepreneurs, and freelancers and each have the opportunity to learn from one another and benefit from their pool of knowledge and experience.

Of course, this doesn't mean people have to collaborate, there's plenty of space to work alone and really focus on the tasks at hand.  In fact, this open work environment would really appeal to anyone who likes to work in a coffee shop (with fewer distractions, no less!).

Membership in Nucleus gets you unlimited access from 9-5 Monday-Friday, use of the conference room for meetings, not to mention high speed internet and access to printers.  Non-members can reserve the conference room and photo studio by contacting info@nucleuscoshare.org.

On my recent visit to check out Nucleus, I got a chance to speak to a few of the people who got Nucleus started. When I asked what they've enjoyed the most about launching the co-share, they said that watching people naturally collaborate was a wonderful experience.  As amazing as Nucleus is, they have lots of ideas for the future - and all of their ideas have come from listening to their members and the community.  There may be business memberships in the works along with opportunities for renting the whole studio for events.  They are especially looking forward to the possibility of members-only educational sessions to help their members' businesses grow and develop.

Interested?  Nucleus are opening their doors this Friday - for Free.
