The Downtown Dayton Partnership is issuing the Downtown Black Business Challenge all throughout August. To participate, simply snap a photo of yourself patronizing a Black-owned downtown business, or what you bought during your visit, and text it to 937-668-7227.
Every Friday, four winners will be selected to win a $25 Downtown Dollars digital gift card. Each picture taken at a unique participating business counts as one entry -- that's more than 30 chances to win! One grand-prize winner will be selected at the end of the month to take home $100 in Downtown Dollars.
