8oz center cut filet paired with a grilled split lobster tail and finished with herb butter baste. served with two sides

3RD COURSE

Tiramisu
ladyfingers soaked in coffee, then layered with sweet cream and sweet mascarpone cheese. garnished with whipped cream and graham cracker dust

Creme Brfilee Cheesecake
creme brulee layered with the lightest of cheesecakes. torched with raw cane sugar. garnished with mixed berries and whipped cream
