MENU:  Fried and Baked Icelandic Cod, Green Beans, Corn, Garlic Rice Pilaf, French Fries, Corn Bread/Dinner Rolls, Macaroni & Cheese, Cole Slaw, Ice Cream/Cookies and Beverages
