Start with a cup of Black Bean soup, cup of Ecuadorian Chicken & Potato Soup, or Small House Salad
2nd Course
Choose one entree listed below
Birria Quesadilla- Flour Tortilla smothered in consommé, stuffed with slow cooked shredded beef and melted Oaxacan cheese. Served with a side of consommé, fresh onions & cilantro, tomatillo salsa, and limes $25.24
Adobo Salmon- Salmon filet in red and green pepper, onion, and coconut milk sauce, Served with patacones(greed fried plantains) and white rice $32.24
Surf N Turf- Tenderloin strop steak, with garlic sautéed shrimp topped with a garlic herb butter served on a sizzling hot plate. Served with papas criollos. (potatoes) $45.24
Spicy Battered Cauliflower Tacos- 3 Flour tortillas stuffed with fried cauliflower, Napa cabbage, pineapple & mango salsa, jalapeños, cotija cheese, and cilantro $25.24
Pollo en Palito- Grilled chicken skewers with park, onions, and drizzled with a sweet chili glaze. Served with papas criollos(potatoes) and Cebolla curtida (pickled onions)

Guava Lemon Bundt Cake- Lemon and guava bundt cake topped with a guava sauce
Tapa Special: Shrimp Ceviche- Ecuadorian style shrimp, marinated in a lemon, orange, and tomato sauce. Topped with red onion and cilantro. Garnished with avocado $18
