1ST COURSE (Choose One)
• Soft Pretzels
Served with creamy provolone fondue.
• Crispy Southwest Brisket Egg Rolls
(2) Egg rolls filled with smoked brisket, corn, black beans, pepper jack, and mozzarella. Served with Cowboy Crack Sauce and ranch dipping sauce.
• Cowboy Wedge Salad
Sweet & spicy bacon, heirloom tomatoes, red onions, hard-boiled egg, blue cheese crumbles, cornbread croutons, and lemon-tomato vinaigrette.
2ND COURSE (Choose One)
• Braised Short Rib
Slow-cooked short rib served with scalloped potatoes, corn riblets, crispy onions, and sweet jalapeño cornbread.
• Atlantic Salmon*
Grilled Atlantic salmon with scalloped potatoes, Texas hatch corn, lemon chili butter, and sweet jalapeño cornbread.
• Southern Fried BBQ Chicken
Crispy fried chicken glazed with BBQ sauce, served with mac n' cheese, corn riblets, and sweet jalapeño cornbread.
• BBQ Tofu Platter
Crispy BBQ-glazed tofu bites served with smoked mac n' cheese, tangy slaw, and sweet jalapeño cornbread.
3RD COURSE (Choose One)
• Legit Banana Puddin’
Creamy banana pudding topped with house-made whipped cream and crumbled vanilla wafers.
• Warm Chocolate Lava Cake
Rich molten chocolate cake served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
