Down The River, Down a Beer
Fun! Craft beer tastings & river activities to benefit and promote river corridor stewardship along the Great Miami River near Piqua OH. Temporary location in 2019 due to construction downtown.
Piqua's 6th annual riverside craft beer festival to promote great beer and to encourage appreciation and conservation of the Great Miami River as a valued resource for our communities. Each year Dr. Beer creatively curates a varied collection of 99 craft beers to sample. Fiery braziers burning in the river, live music and a very cool beer-swag silent auction add to the fun. Water and wine are options, and there are a few food vendors. Tickets go on sale in July, online and at multiple locations. Designated Drivers pay just $5 . Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the gate for a souvenir glass and 20 3-oz beer samples of your choice. Credit cards accepted at the Main gate. ID required.
