Simple Steps, by Carly Evans, will exhibit at the Yellow Springs Arts Council from May 24th - June 23rd
This show has been designed to pay tribute to the sensory, as well as, the extra-sensory perceptions.
Moving from the idea that art is an experience to be had, Carly has hand selected a small group of contributing artists whose collaborations combine to create a world for you to step into. Through Simple Steps you can look forward to finding plants, reflections of light, and carpentry to the finest degree. As well as incentives for nose breathing.
Show curator, Carly Evans, is a mixed media collage artist residing in Dayton. Through meditation, she has explored the depths of the Imagination. She provides spiritual counsel from a depth psychology perspective. On display, will be her very own oracle cards, designed to speak directly to the subconscious; i.e. the place where true change sprouts from.
