Surrender to the Senses for Couples is a beautifully crafted experience designed to guide you and your partner back to a place of presence, mindfulness, and intimate connection through the five senses. In this workshop, we will explore the transformative power of touch, sound, scent, sight, and taste as a way to deepen your bond and reignite the spark of connection in your relationship.
In this intimate, experiential class, you will:
-Reawaken your senses: Through guided touch, sound, and sensory activities, you will open your senses to the simple yet profound experiences of connection with your partner.
-Engage in mindful practices: Learn how to use touch, sound, and scent as tools to deepen intimacy, foster trust, and build presence with your partner.

PARKING: All guests are asked to park in Guest Parking located on Davis Avenue unless they have ADA needs. Please do not park in the main courtyard as this is reserved for tenants of the Davis-Linden Building. YOUR VEHICLE COULD BE TOWED IF YOU PARK IN THE COURTYARD WITHOUT EXPLICIT PERMISSION.
