Ipsalu Tantra Kriya Yoga is a unique approach within the variety of Tantric paths. Ipsalu is distinguished by its attention to emotional flow and the skillfully designed sets of yogic techniques for safely activating your cosmic consciousness—kundalini. The ASATE Formula is a cornerstone of the Ipsalu Tantra path. Our founder Bodhi Avinasha, tells us that the results are repeatable and predictable. This playshop is for anyone over the age of 21 who identifies as a woman. We will be accessing both the divine feminine and the divine masculine that resides in each of our bodies. We will create a safe and fun space to explore heart-mind-sex, connecting both within ourselves and with other Shakti explorers. If you are still reading this description you should definitely plan to attend! Techniques and exercises will include gentle movement, aromatherapy, breathwork, conscious conversation, mantra, meditation, and visualization using sexual energy to revitalize and balance every cell in the body! This session will be led by Cynthia McCarthy and Tracy Jo both Certified Ipsalu Tantra Teachers and Mentors. They have over 35 years of combined teaching experience!

Tracy Jo is a right-brained girl livin' in a left-brained world. Discovering Tantra over 25 years ago has enabled her to channel her creative energy into a career in marketing, food, massage, aromatherapy, and yoga. She has taught thousands of students how to bring more balance into their own body, mind, and spirit. Tracy Jo is a crone who lives in the Clermont County with her husband and hundreds of flowers.

Cynthia McCarthy is a spiritual seeker with over 20 years of practicing and teaching Ipsalu Tantra Kriya Yoga. She has retired from her career as a health inspector and project manager, and now works part-time, with her own consulting firm. Ipsalu Tantra has been instrumental in creating a beautiful balance between life in the three-dimensional world and living in the mystery. She brings this balance into her teaching, creating a safe container for play and exploration. She has three grown sons and loves play, animals, and the outdoors.
