Recovery Dharma: Inquiry Meeting
Recovery Dharma is a Buddhist-inspired, peer-led movement and community, unified by our trust in the potential of each of us to recover and find freedom from the suffering of addiction.
Addiction takes many forms, we are all addicted to something. Whether it's alcohol/drug, food, scrolling, codependency, overspending, or something else... This is a recovery program for all.
We believe that recovery means empowerment, and we support each other as we walk the path together. We believe that true recovery comes finding our own inner wisdom and individual journeys. All are welcome.
