Ipsalu Tantra: Learning to Move In Bliss
We will have fun experimenting with techniques such as breathwork, mudras, meditation, mantra, appropriate touch, dance and more. The unique Ipsalu Formula creates space for a deeper listening to your body and has proven to be transformative over decades of experimentation; allowing for the release of limitations that hold you from joy and bliss in authentic movement. Cultivate an awareness in each moment that will expand into freedom on many levels.
*Strengthen your connection to self, others and the divine
*Create comfort in your own skin
*Broaden your concept of movement
*Increase awareness of subtle movement and how it affects your being.
The Learning to Move in Bliss workshop was created by Cynthia McCarthy and Tracy Jo Duckworth, Certified Ipsalu Tantra Mentors and Teachers with over 40 years of combined teaching experience.
