BREATHWORK 

The Shamanic Breathwork ceremony offers a sacred container to guide you on a transformative journey into your heart. Through holotropic breathing, chakra-activating music, and art processing, you can embark on a path of self-discovery and healing. This unique experience can range from deep serenity to euphoria; somatic and emotional release; processing past experiences; or encounters with spirit guides. Each journey is unique and personal. Surrender your expectations and allow yourself to be surprised as you enter a safe space where you are supported in every breath. 

CACAO & ECSTATIC DANCE

Cacao, a mineral-rich natural resource, has been part of Hispanic culture for millennia, known for opening the heart chakra. In the cacao and ecstatic dance ceremony, unprocessed cacao is mixed with water, spices, and sometimes milk, creating a beverage consumed in community. Moving your body to music provides a seamless integration of the energies that have shifted or transformed during the journey. This event brings people together to share cacao, opening their hearts through love, music, and movement. *All ingredient information will be provided, and alternatives will be available for those with allergies or sensitivities.

FURTHER PROCESSING

Around one week after the event, a Zoom call will be held to address questions and allow participants to share their experiences. This call is free for all registered attendees and will not be recorded to preserve the privacy of those sharing their personal journeys.

Atlantis is a Shaman, Firekeeper, and licensed medical massage therapist. After a career in civil engineering and financial services, she spent 12 years helping over 3,000 clients confront their physical and metaphysical pain. From chronic muscle tightness to trauma and unreleased emotional energy, Atlantis takes an intuitive approach to healing.
