Springboro Veterans Day Ceremony
Springboro Veterans Memorial, Gardner Park
The formal dedication of the Springboro Veterans Memorial is scheduled for Saturday, November 11 at 11:00am. The Veterans Memorial is located at Gardner Park, which is behind 5/3rd Bank on North Main Street (SR 741).
The public is invited and we would love to see you there! We have a great event planned for the dedication, starting with Mayor Agenbroad opening the ceremony, presentation of the colors by the Military Order of the Purple Heart, Police Department, Clearcreek Fire District and ROTC Honor Guards, 21-gun salute, remarks by retired 3-start General Michael Zettler who is a Springboro resident and an invocation and benediction by local pastors Terry Carlisle and Wayne Mock.
Light refreshments will be available at 10:00am with the formal program beginning at 11:00am.
