Come and experience relaxing meditation in our upstairs gallery space - accompanied by our rescue cats for that extra bit of stress relief. Perfect for beginners and more experienced levels alike!

Alice K. Lovelace, owner of Meditation Education LLC, is here to help people and animals increase their well-being through the practice and teaching of meditation methods. She will lead through several easy guided meditations. Alice, a cat lover, also practices and teaches Reiki and Animal Reiki.

Please note the minimum age for this class is 14 years old.
