Huber Heights - Star Spangled Heights is taking place at Thomas A. Cloud Park, which is located at 4707 Brandt Pike in Huber Heights. Thomas A. Cloud Park - Athletic facilities include: tennis courts, ball diamonds, sand volleyball courts, soccer fields and basketball courts Six shelters are available for rental (each shelter has 8-10 large picnic tables and a grill).
