Bridgerton-Themed Period Dinner

Dearest Gentle Reader,

Our next Period Dinner will feature 19th century cuisine based on the hit Netflix hit ‘Bridgerton.’ Lauren Woods will prepare the meal and give guests background into the history and preparation of each dish. The period dinners are emceed by Frank Farmer Loomis, the host of the Keep Antiquing radio show on WMKV, and an instructor at the University of Cincinnati. Frank gives a PowerPoint presentation with intriguing historical information related to the topic of the dinner.

The menu will include: Butternut squash soup, Clyvedon’s best shoulder of pork, buttery asparagus with brie, artificially herbed red potatoes, and lemon and cream truffle.

Heritage Village Museum - Heritage Village, located inside Sharon Woods Park is a living history museum depicting life in Southwestern Ohio through-out the 19th Century.
