Flag Day Celebration
UPDATE: We are very sorry to announce that due to the continued uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 we have come to the difficult decision to cancel our 2020 Flag Day Celebration scheduled for June 12.
We are very disappointed that we are unable to host this event for our cemetery families and our community, but we know it’s the right decision based on the information we have today.

KETTERING, OH: David’s Cemetery is hosting this free event and it is open to the public in honor of Flag Day. Everyone is welcome to grab a lawn chair or blanket and join the staff and Board Members of David’s Cemetery for an early evening of free food, music and entertainment for the whole family.
Our feature entertainment is the USAF Band of Flight's Spirit of Freedom, formerly known as Wright Brass. Spirit of Freedom is a versatile and energetic brass quintet with an added percussionist. The members are all active duty musicians in the United States Air Force, stationed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. In addition to performing military ceremonies on and off base, the ensemble entertains public audiences throughout the state of Ohio. Spirit of Freedom is proud to represent those serving with the highest levels of professionalism and valor throughout our United States Air Force.
