Annual AcadeCon returns to the Dayton Convention Center
AcadeCon, Dayton Ohio’s 3-day Tabletop Gaming Convention, returns for its 12th year to the Dayton Convention Center Fri. – Sun., Nov. 8th – 10th, 2024.
AcadeCon, hosted by The Rpg Academy Faculty and friends, welcomes gamers of all ages, types, and experiences.
This year’s event is planned to host over 600 unique attendees. Most events are free after badge purchase. Badged attendees will have access to a wide variety of tabletop games including Role-playing games, board game events, learn-to-play demos, 400+ game library, Play-to-win games, a Charity raffle with over a hundred prizes given out over the event weekend, access to local vendors, Panels, live events, a costume contest, karaoke and more. Children 13 and under are free with a regular badge purchase. AcadeCon offers a Jr. Academy Track consisting of a series of events especially for younger attendees including games aimed at a younger audience, as well as events that are hosted/run by youth.
