We offer friendly service, delicious cocktails, wine, cider, draft, bottled, & canned beer, fresh, homemade food from local growers, AND host live music in Downtown Dayton.

The Trolley Stop is located in the Oregon District, the historic neighborhood located in the heart of downtown Dayton known for its well-preserved architecture, vibrant nightlife, and diverse community.  The tavern, which dates back to 1839, offers American eats, craft beers & cocktails in a fun, casual atmosphere. 

DORA & Carryout

Alcoholic beverages in a designated DORA cup are permitted within defined area. Carry-out orders may include up to 3 adult beverages per entree. 

Parking

PARK FREE in our lot next to Lucky's or behind GDPM (Greater Dayton Premier Management) next to Dublin Pub at 400 Wayne Ave from 5p to 4a. Enter from either Wayne Ave or Hugo St.

The Food

Locally sourced, our menu changes seasonally. Missing an old favorite? Let your server know - we may be able to prepare it for you. 

The Trolley Stop menu offers options for everyone. Look for these signs on our menu:

  • GF = Gluten Free (our kitchen is NOT a gluten free environment)
  • DF = Dairy Free
  • Veg = Vegetarian
  • Vegan

*Lots of menu items can be made Vegetarian or Vegan.

We proudly serve KJB and Keener Farm Fresh Eggs, Sausage, Pork, & Grass Fed Beef. Local produce from Mile Creek, Dayton Urban Farm, and 2nd Street Market as seasonally available. 

Looking for a place to host a small group (25-30)? Our Party House seats up to 24 and is great for Birthdays and Cocktail Hour!  Bring in food or use the caterer of your choice. Guests must be 21 and over.
