Brian and his wife Heather, both Dayton natives, have lived and eaten their way through the South Pacific, U.S. Southwest, deep South, and U.S. East Coast , returning to their hometown to bring flavors and ideas from the world over. They own Miami Valley Spice Traders, a labor of love where they craft artisan-made spice blends and rubs as well as source and package herbs, spices, teas, olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and other products of extraordinary quality.
