BONDS 5811 - Dayton
BONDS 5811 is a FIRST Robotics community robotics team for 8-12 graders located in Dayton, OH. BONDS has had students from over 12 schools districts and homeschool groups in it's nine years serving the local community. Students strategize, design, manufacture, build, program, and compete with their 125lb robot at regional competitions every year with the help of mentors who lend their professional expertise in subjects including engineering, R&D, machining, marketing, and business. With proper student availability, the team also loves attending local outreach events to talk about STEM and FIRST Robotics.
Our team is sustainable because of the interest of local students and kindness of local adults and businesses.
