SPENGA is a unique fitness experience that combines three essential elements of exercise—spin, strength training, and yoga—into a single 60-minute workout. Each session is designed to maximize calorie burn, build strength, and improve flexibility, providing a well-rounded approach to fitness.
The workout is divided into three equal parts: 20 minutes of high-intensity spinning to get the heart rate up and boost cardiovascular endurance; 20 minutes of strength training using free weights, kettlebells, and other resistance tools to tone and build muscle; and 20 minutes of yoga to improve flexibility, enhance mental focus, and promote recovery. This balanced format ensures that participants receive a full-body workout that addresses different fitness needs in one class.
