We have four food vendors expected to open in January 2025:
Nood Bar, a concept by Chef Dane Shipp, as the first concept to join The Silos food hall and beer garden. Nood Bar will serve authentic Asian-inspired hot and cold noodles, bao buns, and dumplings.
Cece's Kitchen A Burger Bistro serving traditional burgers and sandwiches with great attention to quality ingredients, house-made sauces and toppings, and consistent execution.
KungFu BBQ serves worldly-inspired cuisine with a unique American BBQ smoked interpretation. They draw influences from the Philippines, Japan, Hawaii, Mexico and more.
Indigo Featuring an entirely gluten-free plant forward menu will be including seasonal farm-to-table salads, grain bowls, West-Coast inspired burritos, and a line of herbal “elixirs” designed to support body, mind, and spirit.
