The day is designed to drive an influx of generosity, citizen engagement, business and philanthropy activation, and support for communities and nonprofits around the world. It’s a day when we can all come together and give back in all ways, no matter who or where we are.

Artemis Center

The Artemis Center serves Domestic Violence survivors and their children, throughout the Greater Dayton area. During the pandemic, Artemis Center's 24/7 domestic violence hotline has stayed fully operational, therapy sessions have continued over video calls, and support groups gather virtually. We are proud to be essential and will continue to be open to support survivors.

Big Brothers Big Sisters Miami Valley

Big Brothers Big Sisters Miami Valley create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. During this unprecedented time, we ask that you remember the most vulnerable among us, our children. Our children and families will be some of the hardest hit during this health crisis and economic downturn. The needs are great and growing. With the launch of our Big Neighbors initiative, we will help to meet the basic needs of our most vulnerable Littles and their families by providing meals and delivering prescriptions and other essential items.
