Dragon Dragons update on status of 2020 season
The Dragon Dragons have provided an update via social media on the status of the 2020 season, which was suspended before it began due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.
Here is the full text of their post:
We sure hope that you and your family are doing well and staying safe during this difficult time. In regards to the status of our season, we wish there was more news to share. A lot of people have asked us, “What’s going on with the season?”. The simple answer is we still do not know. To open Day Air Ballpark, we still need the Governor’s order on large gatherings to be lifted, as well as direction from Major League Baseball, Minor League Baseball, and the Midwest League. We guess that old saying is correct: “patience is a virtue.”
In the meantime, we have been working on plans for all our ticket holders and buyers, for when we do receive an update … and we are excited about the ideas we are working on. You know us, we take great care of our customers, and we think you will be pleased with the direction we are heading. If you can hold on a little longer, we will send you these options once a decision on the season has been made final.
Thank you for your patience. Please stay safe.
