Right off the streets of New Orleans, Tuba Skinny is dedicated to bringing the best in traditional early jazz swing to audiences around the world. For over a decade Tuba Skinny has grown steadily in popularity, releasing twelve albums and touring all over the world. They’ve attracted a wide variety of fans- young and old, neophytes and niche-enthusiasts- with the strength of their musicianship and the scope of their jazz and American roots music catalog.
About the venue:
All concerts in the 2023 Eichelberger Concert Season at the Levitt Pavilion Dayton are free and open to the public, no ticket or RSVP necessary.
All concerts begin at 7PM.
You can bring in lawn chairs or blankets as well as outside food and beverage – including alcohol (just no glass). You can also rent lawn chairs for a $5 donation on site and there are food and beverage vendors on site as well.
Levitt Dayton is a non-profit organization that fosters a sense of community by providing free outdoor concerts in the heart of downtown Dayton. The organization firmly believes that music can bridge cultural divides and bring people together, and their concerts are a testament to this belief. Levitt Dayton offers a unique and enriching experience that is accessible to all.
