Come see Tiffany Bryant, Yolanda Drake, and Frances Wright Pate; the winners of the Dayton Soul Search perform (the competition was so fantastic we couldn't choose only 2 winners), as well as special guests Wright State University a capella ensemble ETHOS.
Jeans ‘n Classics returns to the Schuster Center with the exceptional voice of Gavin Hope at its forefront, emanating all the soul you can handle. Covering 50 years of music—from R&B to Motown, from funk to disco to contemporary pop—this show celebrates the work of 20 of the finest African American recording artists. Artists including Stevie Wonder, Isaac Hayes, Seal, Smokey Robinson, Pharrell Williams, and Outkast have produced songs that have lasted through the years and will light up this evening.
