Raymond Jackson and Jerrel Beamon co-host one of fastest growing podcast in the Midwest called Unk & Nephew which can be seen on YouTube and heard on Spotify where they have massed thousands of views. They’re taking their brand live this weekend at Wiley’s showcasing some of the best up and coming comedians that have been featured on the podcast as well as some new faces.
Raymond age 50 something and Jerrel age 22 are both home grown talents from Dayton, Ohio whose generational differences creates an abundance of disagreements and laughter. Raymond is a veteran of the standup comedy scene opening for such mega stars Dave Chappelle, Steve Harvey, and Gary Owen to name a few, he has also appeared on HBO. Jerrel is one of the fastest rising comedians in the U.S. performing in comedy clubs from the east coast to the west coast. He most recently performed at the world famous Apollo Theater in New York City and filmed a 30 minute special produced by Bob Sumner (co-creator of HBO Def Comedy Jam). He also produces his own monthly comedy show called Comedy for the People
