Students learn a variety of methods and materials used to create unique surface decoration on their ceramic work. Techniques for both bisque and not-yet-fired pieces include slip trailing, water etching, inlay, wax resist and more. Previous ceramics experience required. Students should bring 3-4 bisque fired pieces to the first class session.
