We'll break down fun and fluid split-inspired moves, incorporating exciting transitions to help you flow seamlessly from one position to the next. With a focus on proper technique, strength-building, and improving your flexibility, we'll take your splits to the next level and add jaw-dropping tricks to your pole repertoire.
Pre-requisites:
- Comfortable performing leg and body switches on the pole
- Can support body weight in a pole-assisted handstand position
- Basic level of hamstring and hip flexor flexibility:
- Can comfortably perform at least half-splits on the
a. floor, or a modified split with support
b. able to touch toes with straight legs or a comfortable forward fold
c. able to bend the knee to bring the hips closer to the floor in a half-split
