Guided Improv Pole Workshop

Learn to start crafting routines in real time based off musical influence.

Learn where to find inspiration from music and set personal goals in order to translate it into movement with a purpose. In this guided improvisation class, you will work with skills that you already have to create and tell your own story! No tricks will be taught during this workshop but you will learn to get creative with your personal arsenal of favorite moves to start writing your own routine! Opportunities to take notes and record will be provided. Prereqs: Taken at least one session of Pole Level 1 and up
