3-week session
This three week class is designed to give you a strong start in the basics of the potter's wheel - no prior wheel experience necessary. You will experience the whole process of pottery creation from the clump of clay to shiny glazed masterpiece. Each class includes demonstrations, a hands-on instructor, 10 lbs of clay, the use of tools and glazes, kiln firings of your creations, and four open studio drop-in practice sessions during the class session.
Tuesdays 6:30-9:00 pm:
- September 11, 18, 25: Bowls & Trays
- October 23, 30, November 6: Mugs with Handles
- December 4, 11, 18: Plates & Cups
Saturdays 10:30 am-1 pm:
- September 8, 15, 22: Cups & Plates
- November 3, 10, 17: Bowls & Trays
- December 1, 8, 15: Mugs with Handles
