Lean Coffee Talks: Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, Agile

Lean Coffee Talks is a five-session series is for anyone in manufacturing interested in process improvement that presents Lean best practices, concepts and theory over coffee. Each session is from 7:30-9:30 a.m. and will be hosted at a different Dayton local manufacturer. 

Sessions are led by Sinclair Workforce Development expert, John Veatch. Veatch is an accredited Lean Consultant, and professional in his industry. He has been providing consulting services to the tri-state area for 20+ years and began his work at Johnson Controls in 1992. It was there he began a three-year study of Lean Manufacturing that led to industry accolades and a decades-long career as an expert in Lean implementation with companies such as Toyota, Phoenix Metals and PL Porter Company. Veatch’s expertise covers many areas of Lean manufacturing, including Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S and Continuous Improvement.
