Interested on bidding on City of Dayton projects as a small business? Learn about PEP Certification on Wed. March 12

Learn more about becoming certified as a woman-owned enterprise (WBE), minority-owned enterprise (MBE), or otherwise disadvantaged small business enterprise (SBE), plus Dayton-Local Small Business (DLSB) in the City of Dayton's Procurement Enhancement Plan (PEP). Through the City of Dayton's Human Relations Council, PEP-certification is a bridge to gaining access to current city projects in construction and construction-related projects. In addition to bidding on active projects, PEP certification opens the door to the State of Ohio's cross-certification, unlocking access to capital through the area's small-business ecosystem.

We will answer FAQ's, take your questions, and share upcoming HRC Business and Technical Assistance events to help your small business during this call.

Plus, as our thanks to doing business with the City of Dayton, everyone who RSVPs will receive the presentation slides with working links on where to find bids. We hope to see you there!
