Acadia is hosting a free interactive workshop to assess and expand your knowledge of your organization’s sales and marketing alignment.
Throughout the workshop, we will walk you step-by-step through the process of:
- assessing how your team currently interacts with each other as well as with the tools you use to manage and track activities
- aligning your teams with the right tools and a solid process that will enable them to be successful
- refining the process for continued success
You'll walk away with insight into your most crucial business processes and have a roadmap for how you can get back on track by aligning your sales and marketing teams.
