Salar Restaurant and Lounge opens to the public

Downtown's newest restaurant, Salar Restaurant and Lounge, opens to the public 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday, May 30. Salar features world cuisine and hand-crafted cocktails. Executive chef Margot Blondet has created a menu inspired by Mediterranean, Peruvian, French and other cuisines. The restaurant’s interior has been remodeled to create a cosmopolitan atmosphere.
