Date: Saturday, Jan 4, 2025
Time: 2 pm (Starting a little earlier than normal so we finish before dark)
Location: Hintermeister Park,
1300 Mayrose Drive, West Carrollton, OH 45449
Meet in the parking lot or nearby shelter
Cost: $8 for beer drinking; otherwise, $4. Free for first time hashers!
Hares: Dah Gimp & Mystery Hare
Hash Trail: First hash of 2025! Expect a little bit of everything, including plenty of woods and hills. Trail is A-to-A medium length with a lot of new areas that you probably haven't seen before.
Hashing in General: This is a fun run or hike where you will follow a trail of flour not knowing exactly where it will lead. One or more beer/water stops along the way! In hashing you'll will be running/walking as part of a group. The faster runners will be out ahead looking for flour marks on the ground trying to figure out which way the trail route goes. Sometimes they go the wrong way which allows the slow runners/walkers to catch up and even get ahead. This allows everyone to go at their own pace and stay together as a group.
Dogs: Allowed on trail. Leash is required. Must be friendly to people and other dogs.
Children: Adults only for first time hashers, since many of us do drink beer. ? Otherwise 18+.
