Feel The Burn!
We will be using a chair as a prop for balance and support while performing small, isometric movements that target specific muscle groups including abs, arms, and legs.
In the hour long class we will have about 45 minutes of work with 15 minutes of stretching spaced between. Tight fitting clothing suggested for alignment purposes. Bare feet or grippy socks are recommended.
Increase the challenge by bringing our personal ankle or wrist weighs!
